When award-winning director Justin Chadwick got in touch with us asking for a new McNair jacket, he had one special request: very large internal pockets to keep his film scripts dry while directing Brothers Under Fire in the highlands of Colombia, a thriller starring Kiefer Sutherland. We mentioned this single piece on social media, and lots of customers were in touch asking for one – so we’ve finally got it into production, and here we have it: the Chadwick Jacket.
The Chadwick is made from PlasmaDry Cavalry Twill. Cavalry twill is a tough, diagonally ribbed fabric originally crafted for the rigours of military life, especially for riding breeches and uniforms. Its signature double-twill lines give it a bold, textured appearance, adding durability and style. This fabric is celebrated for its warmth and resilience, making it a favourite for classic outerwear. The cloth is then lasered which adds water and stain resistance.
In addition to the two large internal poacher’s pockets, there are also two large chest patch pockets, two jetted side pockets accessed from the front and back and an internal chest pocket.
Available in Olive, Dark Navy, Old Gold and Black.
