What have we got in common with a Deathpunk Snowboard brand? And why have we collaborated with them to make the blackest Mountain shirt in the world? Well, maybe we don’t share their taste in music, (although Steak are growing on us), but we do share their love of wool, Yorkshire, and creating things which make the world less beige. So we’re proud to have worked with them on the shirt. Rock ‘n’ roll.
The Dalikfodda and McNair merino shirt has the highest standard of tailoring with a flattering athletic fit – actually a wee bit slimmer than our other shirts – about half a size.
The worsted spun finest grade recycled merino fabric is water resistant, wind resistant, doesn’t hold odour, is sustainably sourced, tougher than you’d think and very, very warm. All the stitching is in super strength subtle contrast gunmetal grey, and there is a Dalikfodda leather patch above the front hem.
The arms are cut long to go over gloves, it’s quite slim-fitting and long enough so that the base of your back stays warm. The collar stands up should you want it to and we’re very proud of the hidden baffle that sits beneath the buttons for extra wind protection. There are two little loops under the pocket flaps to hang your sunnies from and the cuff and collar trim are merino too.
